At 9:00 a.m. on September 4, 2024, the kick-off meeting for the company’s "Management Improvement and EHR Information Consulting Project" was successfully held in the large conference room on the first floor of the headquarters. Attendees at the launch ceremony included Chen Wei, Project Team Leader of Shandong Shuifa Talent Development Group Co., Ltd.; Senior Executive Consultant Shan DanDan ; Executive Consultants Wang Yanjuan; Executive Supervisor Xiao Chen; the company’s General Manager Liu Yongge ; Deputy General Managers  Du Guixian,Sun Lihong , and Chen Dezhi ; General Manager Assistants Zhao Honggang , Yang Bin , and Yang Xingtao ; Safety Director Xu Shouyue ; Deputy Chief Engineers Jun Chen and Zheng Fusheng ; as well as key leaders from various departments and tertiary industry units.

In the meeting, the company's General Manager Liu Yongge extended a warm welcome to the project team and provided an introduction to the basic situation of the enterprise. He emphasized that for the successful implementation of this project, all departments must actively cooperate, enhance their awareness, strengthen teamwork, consider the overall situation, and work swiftly to advance the project's implementation. This effort is aimed at injecting strong development momentum into the company.

Project team leader Chen Wei pointed out that the project team must efficiently collaborate with all departments of the company, meticulously plan, and steadily advance all aspects of the project. The target is to create a unique and more enterprise-needs-oriented electronic human resource management system (eHR) platform for Hengyuan Shares, laying a solid foundation for effective management and long-term development of the company. Senior Executive Consultant DanDan Shan provided a comprehensive and in-depth analysis and explanation of the project's construction blueprint and implementation details.

By introducing an advanced eHR system, the aim is to achieve standardization, automation, and intelligence in human resource management processes. Coupled with management consulting, this initiative seeks to optimize the organizational structure, enhance employee satisfaction and performance management levels, ensuring the healthy and sustainable development of the enterprise.
